Technical Changes

- Structured FAQ content and entity signals to align with how AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) pull and cite local service providers, which is what drove the reported AI search lead referrals Daniel brought up in our most recent quarterly review.
- Rebuilt Google Ads and Local Service Ad campaigns with tighter geo-targeting, negative keyword pruning, and ad copy aligned directly with the CRO changes made on landing pages, resulting in a 130% increase in paid lead volume within the first 90 days.
The Results
Two years in, the numbers speak clearly. Organic leads are up 150%. Paid leads through Google Ads and LSA grew 130% in just the first 90 days after restructuring.
